Sleek and sweet, graciela & grace’s Delightful Hearts collection wears its heart on its sleeve 
Inspired by masterfully told tales like Nana, dichotomous romance, and unsuspecting elegance, the collection brings together the rebellious spirit of leather with that of delicate, pristine lace.
Perhaps a more overt reference to the modern rebellion found in celebrating hyper-femininity as seen in various alternative fashions, graciela & grace’s Delightful Hearts collection explores classically feminine-focused aesthetics as blended with its antithetical- opposites attract.
A delightful trio of accessories crafted to bring together both form and function, all pieces in the collection are made from the sustainable, vegan leather alternative Desserto cactus leather. Supple, smooth, and highly resistant to abrasion while retaining aesthetic elegance and poise.
As with graciela & grace’s previous pieces, each bag is lavishly adorned with handmade bobbin lace. This time working with the artisan lace makers at VEREDAS, we have developed several styles of fanciful cotton lace, each featuring delicate heart motifs throughout.
A journey through several silhouettes and sizes, the collection is made up of the Charmed Heart Purse, Delightful Box Bag, and Petite Sweet Bag, each in the colorways Licorice (black/white) and Berries & Cream (white/pink). An additional special colorway of the Petite Sweet Bag is available in observance of Valentine’s Day, titled Valentine (burgundy) as a MTO for the duration of February.
The largest of the collection’s pieces and extravagantly embellished with Preciosa crystal rivets, the Charmed Heart Purse is crafted with everyday functional elegance in mind! It features double padded top handles, a zipper closure, and the largest amount of handmade lace we have used on a piece to date!
Perhaps the most sculptural in the collection, the Delightful Box Bag brings graciela & grace’s signature whimsical elegance wherever it goes! Boldly showcasing the artisan-crafted bobbin lace as it’s front closure and featuring details such as a sculpted heart-shaped top handle and 44 Preciosa crystal rivets, it exudes joyful opulence.
A wearable little valentine, the Petite Sweet Bag is a lovely way to wear cherished treasures close to your heart! Worn as a cross-body, belt bag, or used as a small pouch, it is an elegant companion for even your busiest days to retain a touch of delicate splendour.
As with all pieces from graciela & grace, each item is carefully crafted and detailed by hand using scant available materials. Designed and sewn in limited small batches in the USA, each piece includes an identification number and certificate of authenticity unique to your purchase.
